I have over 100 PS1 games and the cases only fit 2 of my fat case PS1 games which are not PAL, they are NTCS. These are made for NTSC or NTSCJ fat games

Fits well, folds well if the game is already in the case
I have a collection of PAL PS1 games and found that these protectors are 3mm short of the size of a standard PAL PS1 (13mm tall) case. So it really needs another 4mm in height to fit correctly. I suspect that the measurements for these protectors are NTSC.
