The build quality is excellent and I have had no trouble with mine. I have ADHD and I find this to be one of the best aids for making sure my hands have something to do. I like the fact it has silent and loud options (although I am pretty sure my fiancee doesn't appreciate the loud options :P).
Would definitely recommend it to people who have ADHD.
I bought this expecting it to be a cheap toy, but it's actually surprisingly fun. Buttons are great, with 2 types of clicking and the silent ones feeling different. The ball glides and clicks well. The dial, while stiff, spins both ways audibly. My only issue is with the joypad, which I was hoping would be rubber or gloss, but instead is standard plastic. Overall very happy
So glad that Antsy Labs have partnered with Zuru to distribute these. (to those saying these aren't legit I suggest you check the packaging as zuru and ansty are partners) I probably won't use the ‘spin’ side but the glide side is really relaxing as is the rolling side. It'll likely spend a large portion of time unused on my desk but it is really good to pick up and give my hands something to do while I'm collecting my thoughts.
