Author Biography:

Frank F. Russell is a lifelong Malden resident. He graduated from Malden High School and earned a BA in history from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a JD from Suffolk University Law School. He is a former member of the Malden School Committee. He has served on several boards of community organizations. He is a past president of the Malden Historical Society, where he continues to edit its newsletter. He is the father of two children, Madison and Edwin.
