American Dad is a vast improvement from Family Guy in my opinion. The epsiodes seem to be a lot more thought out and don't include as much “filler” than the Family Guy episode where Peter would look in to the fridge for a minute, not contributing anything to the episode except to fill in time. Also the quality of the American Dad episodes seem to be what the Simpsons used to be with their quality from the 90's.

From the makers of Family Guy, this season carries on the amusing adventures of Stan, CIA and family. Patrick Stewart is fantastic as the boss! The episodes themselves aren't as odd as Family Guy, but keeping it close to a more realistic family works well with the complete insanity that pops up.

The bonus features and lack of TV censorship are well worth the purchase!!
