The cpu was great, it works well and does what it says, however the wraith spire fan had an issue as the screws weren't long enough to attached to the motherboard, might just be my motherboard but still, but that doesn't mean you should avoid this cpu.
I'm an Intel fanboy, but when it came to building my mother a budget PC… Nothing beats Ryzen. This chip performs amazingly. HOWEVER – I would much rather recommend that you pick up either the 2200G for only $1.99 more IF POSSIBLE – that chip has Hyperthreading and quite a bit higher clock speeds. It also means you can plug a monitor or two into the motherboard I/O ports since it has an IGPU, while this one doesn't.
Amazing little chip, and the stock cooler looks incredible. Came with everything I need and even came with a cute little sticker which I was not anticipating! 10/10
