This book is different to the rest of the series in that it doesn't focus on one couple and how their bond comes into being. I thought I wouldn't enjoy it as much as the rest because it's more storyline than romance – I was dead wrong. I should know by know that everything Singh writes has a way of grasping my attention and holding it until I've devoured everything written. This book – without spoiling anything – focuses more on the couples we've already seen come together, and the families and bonds that have formed in the previous stories, while continuing the story from where Shards of Hope left off. The storyline is intense and incredibly clever, and I was so emotionally invested in this book. Can't wait to read it again in the near future.
