Still far above average RTS, but not quite as good as the original AOE3.

Balance of the game has been a problem since day one, 14 month after release and only one official patch, if you are into online play, you will quickly find Japan and Indian being overpowered compared to the rest 9 or 12 civs (depending on if you have the War Chief). But having that said, it is will an enjoyable experience.

Graphics is excellent, even though it is only DX9.C it looks a lot better than all other DX9 RTS and in my opinion quite on par with some DX 10 RTS games, but without the system requirement. Textures are beautifully designed, you can see the dedication in the art work.

Very good campaigns, would have been better if it was a little longer. good thing is that you can now play custom scenarios online.
