This is one of the first Adam Liaw books I was given after trying and failing to get a copy of his first book myself. Our whole family enjoys Adam’s easy recipes and it’s a book we cook from most weeknights. There is also a lot of material in there about Asian cuisine in general and I learned so much more than I ever hoped to from a cooking book. We now own quite a few of his books and they are the ones I cook from most nights! Would highly recommend this book if you enjoy Asian Cuisine!

Adam Liaw is a cook, author and television presenter also well-known as the winner of MasterChef Australia.
