Author Biography

Matt Bamber is Assistant Professor in Accounting at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. He is a chartered accountant with several years' experience of teaching on a range of programmes, including MBA, professional and Master's courses. Simon Parry is a lecturer in Accounting and Finance at Newcastle University, with 15 years' experience of teaching on professional, MBA and other postgraduate courses. He is also a chartered accountant with over 25 years' experience.
