This is a brief story of the Lakota Indians of the Pine Ridge Reservation, as seen from the perspective of the Leader of The Strong Heart Warriors, Canupa Gluha Mani. These people have a rich tradition, heritage and culture and there are problems on their own reservation with corruption and drugs and alcohol. The corruption is happening every day with little or no intervention and as tax payers we have a serious stake in this situation, as it is our taxes that are being misdirected and misused on the reservation. This book tells part of the story and it is sincerely hoped that all who read it will be prompted to take action to assist.
