Melissa Deuter, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist and founder of Sigma Mental Health Urgent Care based in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Deuter currently holds an appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where she is actively involved in clinical research, teaching seminars, and supervising the work of medical students and psychiatry residents.
