Memoir of teaching Special Education. Also served adults with developmental disabilities as job developer. Teaching years include late 80's and again in from 1998-2007. Taught all ages from pre-school to high school. Experiences vary from uplifting to devastatingly sad.

Author Biography:

Barbra Badger taught Special Ed for twelve years. During a break of seven years from the classroom she served developmentally disabled adults by training them for and finding them viable employment. She retired from the teaching field with a mild case of PTSD. Her experiences may help describe real life expectations for teachers who are in direct contact with their students.
