Author Biography:

GEORGE A. BAKER III is Joseph D. Moore Distinguished Professor of Community College Leadership at North Carolina State University. A former White House staff member serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, he is the author of more than 75 books, monographs, chapters, journal articles, and technical reports.
