From whence, it feems, that what fame; by another Devonian antiquary, faid to have reported, and himl'elf appears only to have recorded; as if fir Waltcalegh was born in the city of Exeter, and in the houfe adjoining to the palace gate, has no authority, and, perhaps, had nor (0 much as tu mour to countenance it.
