Collegium is a label known for its recordings of fine choral music of any period suited to mixed chamber choirs. This is a double CD set from the label which was formed by celebrated English composer/conductor John Rutter. The first disc highlights 30 years of Rutter’s choir the Cambridge Singers, with thirty selected sacred, secular and Christmas tracks from classic Cambridge Singers recordings by various composers. The second CD features music composed or arranged by John Rutter over the past 30 years, again both sacred and secular, recorded for his Collegium label.
