Each, from the period of the Reformation to the end Of the reign of James the Second. It is very scarce, and has sold, when it has occurred, at a high price, and has not been reprinted except in Sir Walter Scott's edition Of the Somers' Tracts (vol. Xiii). Through the kindness and liberality Of lewis loyd, Esq., to whom I made known my desire to add this Tract to my concluding volume, and who has favoured the chetham society with a donation Of ten pounds for that purpose, I am enabled to accomplish this Object. The re print will be found as nearly a facsimile as possible. The short historical sketch at the bottom of each page it was considered unadvisable to Omit, but I scarcely need say that it will hardly be accepted as a correct or impartial summary of the portion of English history to which it refers.
