A recent edition is by E. H. Scott, 1893. The New Hampshire Convention has place in Elliot's work, vol. 2, pp. 203, 204. Another important publication has recently (1894) emanated from the state department. It is the Documentary History of the Constitution of the United States of America, 1787-1870, derived from the Records, Manuscripts, and Rolls deposited in the Bureau of Rolls and Library of the Department of State, vol. 1, pp. V, 382; vol. 2, pp. Iv, 897.
