Waybuloo is unlike any other programme that came before it and takes children into a magical land called Nara. Nara is populated by four loveable characters called Piplings each the embodiment of a different emotion: Jojojo is a monkey-like creature representing happiness; rabbit-like Lau Lau imagination; the feline De Li love; and a bear-like Nok Tok wisdom. When one of the Piplings do something good they enter a zen-like state known as ‘buloo’ a warm feeling of emotional satisfaction that enables them to float. The programme itself is a journey into happiness and enables children to develop social and emotional skills.
