Sunken Condos is the upcoming Donald Fagen solo album to be released on October 16, 2012 on Reprise Records. It contains eight new songs and a cover of Isaac Hayes' “Out of the Ghetto” Fagen has been recording the album since 2010; he has stated that it has a lighter feel than his earlier work and is not a continuation of his Nightfly trilogy.
On September 17, Rolling Stone posted a full-length preview of the song “I'm Not the Same Without You”
