The Star Trek U.S.S. Excelsior NCC-2000 was famously the first command of Enterprise helmsman Hikaru Sulu, and as such holds a place in a many a Trekker's heart. This electronic starship is finally leaving drydock! The U.S.S. Excelsior, registry number NCC-2000, commanded by Captain Hikaru Sulu, came to the rescue at the end of Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, when it helped the Enterprise defeat General Chang and his experimental Bird of Prey. The U.S.S. Excelsior NCC-2000 ship measures 16-inches (30.4cm) long and features film-accurate lights and sound effects, as well as the voice of George “Sulu” Takei himself.
