These are my new favourite pencils, I have used them so much I'm probably going to have to buy some more in the next few months.
They are way better than the Staedtler Noris Club and Noris Colour pencils (both these are quite hard and you need a lot of pressure to get the colour on the paper) whereas the Ergosoft Coloured Pencils glide onto the paper and you can easily shade and blend with them.
You can create both bold and vibrant or soft pastel effects. They seem to stay sharper for longer than other brands so you are not forever sharpening them, but you do need a sharpener with a big enough hole because they have a triangular shaped barrel and don't fit in standard sharpeners.
I also love their soft feel when holding them – they feel a lot different to other pencils.
If you can't afford the Prismas or Polychromos everyone raves about, then these are an excellent substitute and a bargain as well.
