Very cute product, I love how it is a wind up that stays on the desk as it goes back & forth, however only the green one in our pack of two worked.

Really cool, Bought for that ‘Old Skool’ guy in my life :-) Haven't yet used them, but they look really good in the box.
Just like the alien spaceships that descend from the sky in the video game itself, the Taito company's Space Invaders slowly – and then very quickly – marched its way into the public consciousness when it was released in 1978. The original is still as classic in the 3D CGI age as it was then, and this fully-licensed retro range of homeware and accessories celebrates its legacy in fitting style.
The 2 plastic Space Invader Wind Ups look like they could have flown in from the deepest, darkest reaches of space. Just line them up on a flat and wide expanse of floor, wind up the clockwork mechanism on the side, and watch them fly! A perfect playtime treat for kids that adults will want to be a part of as well – one plays the role of alien invaders while the other imagines they're defending the Earth and tries to blow them out of the sky.
The Hong Kong designed, Taito-licensed product is presented in a clear face hang top gift pack.
