First ordered these in September and they were DOA. Returned as was told that as the stock was old they were pulling the stock they had left off the shelf as “this batch seemed to have an issue with battery life” and were ordering new product due start of October. Said I was happy to wait. On 19 Oct I chased Mighty Ape up as had heard nothing to be told (2 days later) that they were now in stock and would be dispatched the next day. Received today and little surprised to see an obviously old box with date stamp of AUG-13. Have charged up and they appear to work OK, however not feeling overly positive so far…
Purchased this product for second time and it's faulty again. I have a friend who purchased this exact same product 3 times and all faulty as the unit won't charge. I understand it could be a faulty batch, but Plantronics should not be releasing this product without proper quality control.
