OUR HERITAGE features the life and times of early New Zealand settlers in a charming collection of seven vignettes.

* Charlotte Anne: a female bullock driver and also the plight of the women in those raw times.
* Old Bill's Soliloque: laments the passing of the bush worker
* The Parara Express: takes us on a ride on a small steam train along the West Coast beaches to the wharf at Paratu
* Pull Up Another Dog: is a tale about sheep dogs keeping their owners warm at night
* The Reverend and the Bullock Driver: relates a scolding by a Reverend on the language used by a bullock driver
* The History of Trams - the first horse drawn trams on wooden tracks in Nelson in 1862 to steam in Christchurch in 1880, electric in Dunedin in 1900, and battery operated trams in Gisborne 1913, until their demise in 1964.
* Ferry to Devonport - when the last of the kauri ferry boats were still transporting people from Devonport to Auckland, its a unique opportunity to see and enjoy the sights of these much loved ferries again.
