scratch my previous review. this actually sucks. did not charge my controller at all. the charging meter just kept blinking and aftr an hour of charging my controller and disconnecting the cable, my controller warned me that it needed to be charged as the the battery was low. never buying this again and i dont recommend it either.

At first I was extremely happy with this – I could relax on the couch while playing my games while my Controller was charging.

After 1 week I started noticing that the cable no longer charged my controller while on stand-by. Obviously this is odd. The cable lit up and all.

Second week rolls by and the charger no longer chargers my controller at all. LED lights indicate that it's still functioning, but the controller won't receive anything. I had it die on my while playing Destiny 3 times before I reverted back to the shorter PS4 lead and dragged my PS4 about 1 meter towards the couch.

Not particularly happy with this purchase.

It's exactly what I needed, an extra 2m compared to the factory PS4 charge cable.
