Set during World War II, this captivating 1965 war drama stars Marlon Brando as a German war deserter blackmailed into conducting an apparent suicide mission for the British.
Forced to pose as an SS officer, Robert Crain (Brando) must seize a German freighter booby-trapped to explode upon capture. Complicating the situation, sixteen prisoners of war are also brought on board, including a beautiful young concentration camp survivor (Janet Margolin).
Brando delivers a brilliant performance, and Yul Brynner shines as the ships captain. A tension-filled, action-packed espionage drama that also features a stunning appearance by Trevor Howard, MORITURI will keep you riveted until its last powerful scene.
