Two stars may seem harsh but given the tortuous process of getting it to work it is probably deserved. Five stars to the Logitech phone support crew though. It took almost four hours of phone calls to sort issues out. These emanated from my 6 year old TV. Despit it being in the extensive Logitech database there were coding issues which made it incompatible with the hub. This manifested itself in an inability to select the correct inputs for running the various devices. Logitech eventually unearthed another TV model that we could input into the setup to get everything to work as it should. Can now use Alexa to control the TV. A brilliant device but flawed.
