The Yoda Chronicles – The Phantom Clone & Menace of the Sith. LEGO Star Wars returns in epic style with The Yoda Chronicles, a thrilling, funny and action-packed new LEGO Star Wars story told in three animated TV specials.
Set in the “Prequel” Star Wars timeline, The Yoda Chronicles stars the one and only Yoda – the Jedi Master who has seen it all, done it all, and taught generations of Jedi Knights – in an all-new adventure.
In EPISODE I – The Phantom Clone, the action-packed adventure begins when Darth Sidious unveils his plan to create a new super-weapon – an enhanced Sith clone named Jek-14 – to help him defeat the Republic once and for all. It's up to Jedi Master Yoda and his young Padawan students to work together and save the galaxy!
Written by Michael Price, and featuring the voices of C-3PO (Anthony Daniels) and Lando Calrissian (Billy Dee Williams) from the original Star Wars trilogy.
In EPISODE II Menace of the Sith, Count Dooku uses his new and improved Clone-a-Matic to create an army of Jek clones, but the original Jek-14 wants no part of the sinister scheme. Now, with the help of some old friends and two familiar Droids, substitute teacher Anakin Skywalker must lead Yoda's Padawan class to victory.
Written by Michael Price, and featuring the voice of C-3PO (Anthony Daniels) from the original Star Wars trilogy.
The official site points out that while there has been LEGO Star Wars specials in the past, The Yoda Chronicles is first to introduce new main characters just for the shows, in this case: a clone, Jek 14, who has been “enhanced” by the Force. ‘The Phantom Clone’ and the other two future The Yoda Chronicles specials are produced by Wil Film ApS and written by Michael Price, who wrote the hilarious previous LEGO Star Wars specials, The Padawan Menace and The Empire Strikes Out.
