… local buyers get done over by Roadshow again. The picture quality is fine by BD standards but the sound is sub-par. All the sound is squashed into the front channels leaving minimal surround activity. Compare this to the US version which has an incredible, enveloping Dolby Atmos 7.1 soundtrack (even the Dolby True-HD core sounds amazing) and you can't avoid feeling short-changed. There's also no mention at all of the disc's extra content on the back. Here we only get minorly stiffed; the director's commentary and six featurettes are included, only the trailer is missing. I'd avoid this edition until it goes into the discount bins.
