THIS WILL BE THE FIRST REVIEW ON THE NET!Tried for the first time last night took one at around 7 at night just to wait and see if there was any reaction,was fine took the next 2 just before bed,they say to take 4 but I recommend starting with 3,I had a little bit of anxiety while trying to go to sleep but not 100% sure if it was from the tablets,it didn't last long,had a really good sleep! I will report back after taking for a while longer.
