I remember these Hellraiser movies from when I was a young child but I just forgot all about them and now 25 years later I suddenly find them in the DVD section. They are some very scary movies and Hellraiser 2 is one of the scariest. I recommend watching Hellraiser 1 first so you know how the story starts and then keep going if you are brave enough.
Following on from the original nightmare, young heroine Kirsty is institutionalised, battling with the unspeakable horror that destroyed her family. Simultaneously lured by shady Uncle Frank and haunted by visions of her mutilated father suffering in hell, Kirsty is persuaded by Dr Channard and puzzle solving mute Tiffany to venture forth and rescue him from the Cenobites' tortuous dimension. Gaining expert access to the portal, together they make the nightmarish journey through the labyrinth of hell.
Entranced by the notorious Lament Configuration puzzle box, their death-defying partnership is destined to not only capture the attention of the blood-thirsty Cenobites but release Pinhead's infinite horrors and the ultimate pleasures of Hell.
