The ordering process was quick and easy but I was particularly impressed with the delivery service. The item arrived within the date range initially advised by Mighty Ape. Not only was I kept up to date with the delivery status but Mighty Ape also contacted the addressee to say the item would be delivered soon. The addressee also had the opportunity to slightly amend the delivery instructions. I did not see the wand myself but know that it was the item I ordered and that the recipient was highly delighted.
