Been taking this as a general supplement in the mornings with breakfast. I usually take it with juice or coconut water the best is with with Clean Lean Protein vanilla flavour for a great way to start the day!
Since taking this I have noticeably felt different, I feel healthy, have more energy, I can think more clearly, my digestion is better, even my hair and skin feels different haha it sounds crazy but this really is the best :)
