Franny finds herself in the ocean, where she meets Gus, an excitable young fish who's become separated from his family. Gus finally admits he needs help finding them and he and Franny set off to track them down. On the way, they have a few adventures - but with Franny's help, an overjoyed Gus finally rejoins his family.
You Bug Me - Hiking boots
Franny visits Africa where she meets a very itchy rhino named Hornswell. Trouble is, Hornswell has had a spat with his friend, the oxpecker and now there's no one to eat all the bugs that are buzzing around him and driving him nuts. Meanwhile the poor oxpecker is hungry with no bugs to eat. With Franny's help, they get together and find a way to make up.
Double Trouble - Chinese slippers
Franny meets Li-Mei and Li-Wei, twins whose family runs a Chinese restaurant. The twins are in a kafuffle because their aunt has sent only one costume for the New Year's parade - and there are two of them. Franny's ingenuity and keen eye saves the day and by the time the parade starts, the twins, and Franny - all take part.
Paper Presents - Zori (Japanese sandals)
Franny whirls and twirls to Japan where she meets Joji, a young Japanese boy who needs to find a birthday present for his grandfather. The problem is, he doesn't have much money. With a little help from Franny and a local storekeeper, he finds the perfect gift, one he and Franny make themselves - and his grandfather loves it.
Fowl Weather - rain boots
Synopsis: Franny splish splashes her way to a duck pond and meets a duck named Harvey. Harvey is sure it?s time to fly south and upsets the other ducks by trying to convince them it's time to go as they always fly south in winter. Franny saves the day by figuring out that the only reason Harvey thinks its winter is because he's chilly and he's chilly because he has a bad cold
Egg Sitting - African sandals
Synopsis: Franny drops in on Desta, a young ostrich who?s babysitting an ostrich egg. Desta and Franny take the egg on an outing to the shore where things go awry and the egg gets swept into the water. Luckily, Franny uses her noggin to save the day and she and Desta return the egg safely - just in time to see it hatch.
Arctic Antics - winter boots
Synopsis: In the snowy north, Franny meets Joey and his sled dogs Keelut and Nuktuk. Joey would like to enter a sled dog race but his dogs don't know how to work together. After trying, and failing - to teach them the finer points of teamwork, Franny and Joey are about to give up. Luckily, the dogs get the message just in time to enter the race.

Franny pops up in an autumn forest just in time to meet Bobo, a playful young bear. Bobo should be hibernating like the other forest creatures but is having trouble falling asleep. Franny tries to help him but has no luck, until she realizes that he needs his stuffed toy. She helps him track it down and before you know it. Bobo's dozed off for the winter.
