Only played the game for 3 days but by far and away the best cricket game I have ever played. Different controls to previous games make it challenging & difficult to master, especially batting, but it's very satisfying when you do well.

The Cricket Academy means there are hundreds of teams available to download (even NZ Domestic Sides) although there is currently a bug (which is going to be patched) in career mode where downloaded players skills are not replaced (e.g. Brendon McCullum/Ruther­ford/Fulton & Taylor bowling in T20's for NZ), one of few issues I have had with the game to date along with running between wickets which is average from the AI.

Career Mode is well overdue in a Cricket game and is pulled off well. You can choose any role you want (Wicketkeeper, All-rounder etc.) and earn skill points depending on your performances in matches. It runs for 20 years & you play for a Aus/Eng Domestic team building towards playing Internationals, Big Bash & IPL.

Overall a very good game and a must for any Cricket fan

I have played many many cricket games on PC and consoles in my time and this game is easily the best and most challenging cricket game ever! The batting seems quite hard at the start as there are no more indicators showing where the ball is going to land, you get the realism of just know the length and do your best from there! Bowling is quite fun too. Fielding and catching is tough very hard to get caught-and-bowls. The teams created by the community are brilliant! No need to do any customisations before you start all teams are there ready for download. The Pro mode is excellent too. One small pain I suppose I gained Platinum trophies for the last 2 ps3 cricket games, I don't think I'll get close to getting this one :( Highly recommended game though a must buy!

This game is something special. It is by far the best cricket game that has ever came out and one of the best sports games

The best of the cricket games available. Still has a few frustrating features though – the running between wickets isn't the best.
