Post-bop/modal jazz piano maestro Andrew Hill headlines this JAZZ SESSIONS outing, that provides a showcase for Hill`s ability to raise bop and hard-bop to previously unimaginable levels - while his contemporaries were abandoning those schools without hesitation.
