I bought their first book, and it is good. But this is excellent, I was worried it would just be using gluten free products etc and adding a topping to it for e.g. But the recipes are well worth having. Anyone who has coeliac's will know that most recipes are complicated and have three pages of ingredients! So, a good, simple solution. Thanks

Gluten free Scones (pictured)

700g gluten-free self-raising flour
2 tsp gluten-free baking powder
300ml single cream
250ml lemonade

Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6. Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl and make a well in the centre.Pour in the cream and ¾ of the lemonade, adding more if necessary.

Mix to make a firm dough (if too wet, add more flour), roll onto a floured surface and knead into a high, round mound.

Cut with a round cutter and place close together on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
