Ok,! just recieved the book which has had rave reviews and after thumbing the pages I can see why, brought as a gift for a friend for xmas, I now am keeping it locked in my wish list because if you love your girlfirends this is a gift, for her, she can spend more time adjusting her hair and makeup, and still turn out a healthy balanced meal, without the stress. this is also top priority for kids leaving home, students or elderly on a budget, who want more time for boules with friends, bachelors/or ettes who though busy can impress anyone with good old home cooking, this is for those who want fast food fast, and still have nutrtion on hand, it details a pantry list for all your shopping needs, but you'll find most in there already, these Girls are genius, buy one for you, and another for your friends, you will find it still in there draw in another 20years, they'll thankyou for it.

Easy to do cooking with not a lot of effort, I like this (I'm a man) couple of mistakes but rest ok, cool little facts and messages in it as well.
