Author Biography

Sport England is the organisation responsible for promoting and investing in sport, helping the government meet its sporting objectives and distributing both Lottery and Exchequer funds to sport. Its website, which is backed by many of England's leading athletes, is geared towards getting the population active. Andrew Shields is the Sport's Editor of London's Time Out magazine and the author of Master the Art of Running (18403390). He has twice been a runner-up in the British Sports Journalism Awards and is a former nationally ranked triple jumper. He lives in East London.
