Some months ago I replaced all my USB drives with Adata. My first purchases were for 2 1TB classic (ie non durable) drives for Music. I currently have 2,226 Flac recordings of 60.02 secs mean recording time. I also bought 4 500 MB durable drives for data. Because they were all portable drives I was able to get rid of a junkyard of incompatible power supplies which ran very hot and made me worry about the fire danger. Disk performance is excellent, particularly on the USB3 performance on the Inspiron 1510 I use for development.
When I returned to Mighty Ape recently to buy some more disks I bought 1TB durables which seemed to be about the same price as the 500GB were a few months earlier. That's the sort of tech progress I can live with! Thank you, Mighty Ape, for introducing me to Adata, and also your easy to use no fuss website and rapid dispatch of orders.
