Internet connection is atrocious – in many instances the adapter will turn itself off and wipe or hide any trace of it, making it impossible to reactivate or diagnose, only to turn itself back on hours later. Performance is shoddy, screen going dark with no explanation at times, not responding for minutes at a time; turning off applications mid-use without any reason to do so. Not at all what I paid for. Using it has been a miserable affair.
