Wonder Woman

Wonder Woman, the iconic heroine before Buffys or Lara Croft, is the feminist icon of DC Comics since 1941. She is the immortal Amazon Princess from Greek mythology, daughter of Queen Hippolyta. She first stepped into human's world while escorting U.S. military intelligence officer Steve Trevor back home. With her trademark bracelets and Golden lasso of Truth, she triumphed her enemy like a true warrior. Her real name is Diana, first appeared in ALL-STAR COMICS #8 back in 1941. Wonder Woman jumped onto the big screen in Batman v Superman (2016) for her first theatrical appearance. The character was portrayed by Gal Gadot.
