Tea Total introduced their finest loose leaf tea to New Zealanders since 1995. It was founded by Anna Salek who got the inspiration by blended teas in Sydney. Since then Tea Total turned from a humble little stall to a 3,000ft warehouse storing over 150 varieties.
They offer teas to suit your need from pure unflavoured teas to aromatic and good with milk. All flavours are chemical compounds. Take, for instance, rose. The flavour of rose is a naturally occurring chemical within the petals. It has an identifiable chemical structure just like water, sulphur or even vanilla. There are three ways of making rose flavour in a format that is useable for tea, potpourri or perfume.
