The Kantar Customer Leadership Index comes from a survey of 2,500 New
Zealanders. Participants were asked about their experience with over 60 of New
Zealand’s leading brands in banking, insurance, online shopping, retail,
grocery, media, entertainment, travel, telecommunications, energy, and car
repair. We are so proud to have taken the top spot for customer experience over
all these categories for 2023!
