Usually, when games pop up at such a budget price, it's because they suck like a Hoover and get review ratings resembling George W's IQ score. But, apart from a cover graphic that's likely to give you as much wood as a Tupperware colander and a title as exciting as belly button fluff, this game is a total blast. In an age where backstories are getting denser and more convoluted, the backstory in The Club (as interesting as it may be) can safely be shunted to one side as you engage in a total orgy of old school run and gun action, headshot bonuses, secret areas, and racing for the exit of the level. Seriously, if you like shooter action at a furious pace and don't give a monkey's about X-ing through ages of story-advancing cutscenes, this game (ESPECIALLY at this price) is for you!
