Description
Overlord II is the sequel to the hit warped fantasy action adventure that had players being delightfully despotic. In Overlord II, a new Overlord and a more powerful army of Minions take on an entire empire in a truly epic adventure, inspired by the rise of the Roman Empire. As the Glorious Empire conquers kingdoms and destroys any sign of magic it finds, it’s time to go Minion Maximus and send in the horde.
The Minions return smarter, deadlier (and funnier) and are ready to fight in large scale battles that will see their wild pack mentality squaring up to the organised legions of the Glorious Empire. As ever, they’ll do anything and everything the Overlord commands of them, especially now that they can run ravage and wreck buildings and scenery. They’ve also learn to ride: In Overlord II Minions will be able to mount up and ride wolves and other magical creatures around the landscape and take them into battle, making our band of merry fighters faster and fiercer than ever before. "Good Game, Vast Improvement on the Last one!"
Much better than Overlord one. Includes a mini map and quest arrows which help you get around. Your Tower is also a lot cooler with more customization options available like upgrading your minions barracks to make them tougher in combat. The Overlord himself has had an overhaul with better spells and some cool Armour and unique weapons in the works. On the whole a huge step up from Overlord and Raising Hell just as funny and just as addictive!

"Fable 2 without the knick-knacks"
Overlord!!!
Sounds kinda lame at first, but when you play... You will discover why you are the overlord. Imagine being able to own entire towns, but not until conquering the ruling force in each. Imagine hilarious side-kicks with special powers. Imagine (although being bad) believe me or not, fighting for a good cause. Imagine having as many mistresses as you would like. Imagine being able to pick up where you left off forgetting you ever stopped playing. Imagine the.... Stop imagining and buy this game!

"Better than the first and still FUNNY"
It is very seldom you get games now days that make you gufor and cackle out loud. This will do it. It takes the 'mickey' out of greenie, superpowers, fable 2 even itself, which often only people outside the USA can click to. Don't let the reviews from these american sites put you off, this is a solid action/rpg/strategy game BUT its stars are the minions, they break stuff, wee on things, club seals and generally let you feel "quazi-evil'.
It has its issues with camera control and sometimes the AI goes pear shaped but overall a great experience both online and solo.

"Outperforming Sequel"
It's not often a sequal out performs the original game, but Overlord II is a rare exception. It takes all the memorable aspects from the first game and doubles the humour and fun! Also included in Overlord II is that most prized feature of any successful RPG: The Minimap!
