"Heart Stopping anticipation"
My heart stopped for a second when I stumbled on this – Sons of Liberty was fantastic, and Snake Eater had an absolutely mind blowing narrative. The third part of the pack is probably amazing as well. Just cannot wait!!

Sorry about the title. Only fans will probably know what that means, “haha!”. Well, I cant wait to get this, I love metal gear and I love the story. The boss battles are awesome and the action and stealth is a combination of “epicness”. Cant wait to play these in High Definition (HD). I haven't had the chance to play peace-walker as that is a psp game (i dont have a psp) so im glad they have put these games on the 360.
"Played 13 Years Ago"
All I can say is that the graphics are original to the bone a lot clearer & the surround sound is crystal clear to the ear. Loved Metal Gear Solid then & still do now. Played 13 years ago & to this day I remember every little detail off by heart. Highly recommend =]

This game definitely delivers.
The games look great in HD …
Though MGS2 wasnt as stunning but the other 2 .. (MGS3: Snake Eater and MGS:
Peace Walker) were AMAZING! ..
This would have to be one of the best games in my collection! ..and is worth every cent

Metal Gear Solid is known as one of the greatest franchises in gaming history and for good reason. The HD Collection is a great way to be introduced to the series, or to rekindle old memories in a higher resolution. A couple of the games are, however, quite old and are subject to some quirky control schemes which can be jarring for more recent gamers. Each game in the pack is masterfully crafted, with great stories and great stealth action. Though it contains the first two Metal Gear games from the 80's, Metal Gear Solid 1 was unfortunately left out. While it is not essential to the experience, it is a great game and unfortunately is not available on the Xbox 360. The same goes with Metal Gear Solid 4, the latest episode in the story, which is exclusive to PS3. This means that if someone is looking for more MGS action, they'll need to acquire other platforms, which can be both costly and frustrating.
Overall, if you're looking to buy this game and have a PS3, buy it on that. Otherwise, this is your best shot.
