its xbox 360, its violent and its HILARIOUS! I'm sure the other games on the disc are great… HL2, team fortress etc but i am totally addicted to PORTAL! its incredible! not very often you get a game that can make you dizzy and scared of being vaporized and make you laugh all at the same time! heck i probably would have paid $119.99 just for PORTAL and all its wonderful little suprises, like the “companion cube” and “still alive” song =)

Really one of the best value games you can buy, five great games in one so its hard not to find a game you dont like! The Half Life games are pure gold and are revolutionary first person shooter games, Portal is a puzzle game where you shoot portals from your gun trying to escape a research facility, and Team Fortress is a cartoon multi-player game which is another game addition to a excellent package.

So if your in to getting your moneys worth and first person shooters this game is definitely for you.

The orange box is some of the best first person action tou will get in one game.
Half life 2, epsoide 1 and epsoide 2 are full of action and the most well told storys in the business.
Portal is the most original, fun and challenging puzzle game ever.
And Team fortress 2 is a great objective baced multiplayer game that is a new experience every time you play
This is a great buy and is well worth the money and it will last you a very long time.

I heard so many good things about Half Life 2. And I thought, well its just another shooter, what would make it different from any other shooter? And so I never got interested in buying it until The Orange Box was released.
It comes with Half Life 2 and the two episode expansions, Portal, a single player puzzle game, and Team Fortress 2, a multiplayer game. What an amazing value, the bestselling Half Life 2 games in one package with awesome extras (Portal and Team Fortress 2) too! That was enough to get me to buy it and I'm so glad I did. The graphics are great, the characters are way more emotive than on Halo 3 (terrible lip synching on that game) and Alyx's emotions show so clearly on her face. But what blew me away was when I turned on the flashlight and shone it on her face and she winced, holding her hand up to block the light from her eyes – that was simply amazing, usually in other games the characters would stand there looking stupid. That really made Alyx seem more human to me.
But I will not ramble, go buy the Orange Box! It is an awesome package of games with so much awesomeness inside, and it's not just another shooter as I had assumed! (check out the gravity gun, what a cool weapon!)
It plays like a movie – great action, story, characters, weapons…no wonder it got such high reviews! Certainly a full 5/5 and no-regrets-of-purchasing game.

No other title gives you so much game and AAA quality in one box. Half Life is a must for all gamers, Portal will change how you look at games and then you will waste the rest of you life playing Team Fortress 2. Seriously, hours of gaming right here.

Looks absolutely amazing. Only problem so far is that the original Half Life 2 sounds like it's an up-done port of the xbox version of the game. I don't care though, i'm still buying it.

Okay this game is awesome, the only down side of this is Team Fortress 2 you can only play online or system link and that is not cool but apart from that it has more games to choose from.

The Orange box is a fantastic deal, and is full of fantastic entertainment. Anyone who enjoys multiplayer, puzzle games, and shooters will love this set of games. 99 achievements to keep you busy, the Orange box is worth plenty more than you can get it for here.

If you love action scifi, futuristic puzzle and all on war, then this is the game to buy! It includes Half life 2, episode 1, and episode 2, three adventures all ready! If that isn't enough then Portal provides strategy and brain ticking challenges as you live like a lab rat, participating in experiments (it's time to think with portals!). But if that wasn't enough, you can play all out war online with Team Fortress 2, complete with blood, war strategies and loads of fun! Not only that, but you can get all 5 games for a low price! WHAT A DEAL!!!

Mighty Ape's sales are legendary so I picked this up very, very cheap.
I bought this a few years ago on the PC and I loved it just as much as I do now on the 360

This game is a great bordem buster as it has Portal being a puzzle game Half life 2 which is always good for alien killing and team fortress for multiplayer action

I gues Im on my 4th or 5th play through halflife 2 now. I have yet to play the expansions included in this collection or portal and team fortress. i have to say that half life 2 is still utterly impressive, fun, detailed, varied, amazing. The physics alone, not leaning on the now common place and expected Havock engine is simply incredible. PLAY THIS GAME!

5 games in one – you can go wrong with. Yes they are all first person but thats beside the point. They are good – simple as that. The only problem I have is that Episode One is too short. (took me under 3 hours). Other than that, I have no problems.

i think that this game is very average and a hell of a over rated the grahics are average and the thing which didnt impress me was the loading throughout playing the game i did lose interest but apart from that the story line of this game was great and that outta 10 would get full marks but my overall rating outta ten would be a 6/10

Half Life 2 Having Already Played Hl2 On The Original X box Playing Through The Game Again In Hi Def Was Amazing It Did Not Feel Old It Beats Most Games Out There For Its Game Play Alone, Sheer Fun And Worth The Price Just For This.
Half Life Episode 2 Take An Excellent Game Expand The Story line Develop Characters.
Half Life Episode 3 Explosive Eye Candy And A Chase To End All Chases.
Portal Set In The Half Life Universe Its A Puzzle Game Thats Full Of Fantastic Levels And Has Got One Of The Funniest Endings Ever.
Team Fortress 9 Years In The Making Its A Very Good Multi Player Game Which Is Very Deep And Fun To Play.

All The Above On One Disc Incredible, Halo 3 With All Its Hype To Me Was A Let Down This Without As Much Fuss Kicks It And Then Kicks It Again Harder.
If You Only Buy One Game Disc Ever Make Sure Its The Orange Box.

This represents insanely good value! I have already played throught HL2 on Pc, but the lure of playing it in hi def on my tv is enough to tempt me into buying this. Add in episode one and two, team fortress two and portal and you have an incredible value package!
This is definetly on my wish list! We already know that the games are good, only a (very) sloppy conversion could let this down…
