5 stars "Great mix of songs!!!"

This was bought as a present for my teenage son & he loves it.
The song mix appears to appeal to both young & old as I looked at the songs listed & enjoy most of them myself.
Well worth the money in enjoyment value.

5 stars "Great."

An awesome new tack on the guitar hero series adding the whole band theme there are some pretty awesome songs here and hours of game play will keep you going a while and then you will play it again.

4 stars "Some Great Songs - Some Not So Great Songs"

A great addition to your Guitar Hero Collection.
With songs by greats like The Eagles,Sublime,Van Halen,The Doors.
And some by unknowns.but all in all a great game.

With the new added feature of Drums and vocals really takes these games to another level. Also ability to pick up starpower whilst in starpower which is a goodie.

Can't wait for Metallica,Have pre-ordered and waiting…

4 stars "Good, But not what it could have been"

World Tour is at its best when played with friends and when everyone gets into the song. And when that happens its amazing but world tour doesn't have many great/popular songs. Songs like Crazy train, the kill, Rebel Yell, Livin' On A Prayer, Beat It, Crazy Train, Misery Business, Eye of the Tiger and a few more are the songs that make you feel like your actually playing the song for real and it feels really good.
But there are a few rubbish that wreck the experience. Songs thats are LONG, boring, and just don't know when to stop, and the bad thing is there are quite a few of them. But when you finish the songs you never have to go back to them, which is good.

World tour has 4 solo careers to follow (Guitar, Bass, Drums and Vocals). Guitar and drum careers are the best, followed by vocals then bass. and in my option bass wasn't needed but its there if you want the achievements.
Then theres the world tour mode which you can combine all 4 to make a band. and this is where world tour shines.
on top of all that theres extras like rock star creator, music studio, and GHtunes.
Music studio is where you can create your own song and GHtunes is where you can download Songs that other people have made. Ghtunes really makes world tour last for a very long time when you get board and this makes world tour worth buying.

So if your a long time Guitar hero fan or a newcomer to drums or a newcomer to guitar hero in general, world tour makes a great purchase to anyone who just wants to rock out and have some fun .
