This knife set is excellent quality and self sharpening. They are not overly heavy to hold, but are strong and versitile knives… No more botched slicing/dicing jobs!!!
What great knives! The sheath is smart looking, so we easily mounted them on our kitchen wall out of the way of children – but it is not so dangerous even if the kids could reach, because there is a sneaky little locking button on the side so little fingers cannot get the knife out. Excellent!
